We recently had the privilege at Britannia Jewellery of welcoming bodybuilding giant Martyn Ford in-store. West midlands own, Martyn Ford, is well known for his bodybuilding as well as his acting in blockbuster Hollywood movies such as The Kingsman, The Golden Circle and Furious 9 starring A-listers Dwayne The Rock Johnson and Vin Diesel.
Now, Martyn with his hectic schedule has decided to take on the challenge of stepping into the ring with bodybuilder & Weight Lifter Sajad Gharibi aka The Iranian Hulk, for a highly anticipated boxing match at London’s O2 arena on Saturday 2nd April 2022.
Whilst in-store Martyn was having a catch up with the Britannia Jewellery family member, Big Joe Egan. No doubt Big Joe was passing on his invaluable knowledge of the boxing game. Big Joe Has held 7 Irish titles and has shared the ring with boxing greats like Lennox Lewis and Bruce Seldon. Joe was also was a regular sparring partner to the great Mike Tyson, who himself considers our Joe a great friend. Joe, like Martyn has been lucky to star in Hollywood movies such as Guy Ritchie’s 2009 Sherlock Holmes alongside Hollywood A-listers Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law.
